Skillz Kutz Barber Shop Photograph and Video Policy

It is established that by entering the premises of Skillz Kutz, you automatically grant Skillz Kutz full rights to use any photographs and video recordings taken of you for commercial purposes. The usage rights include, but are not limited to, use in advertising, media, and marketing materials such as social media, commercials, magazine editorials, and other promotional content. Skillz Kutz retains full ownership of all such images and recordings, and you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, royalties, or any other payment for their use. Furthermore, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears, and you agree that Skillz Kutz is not liable for any claims, demands, or causes of action that you may have against the use of these images or recordings. If you wish to opt out of this agreement, you must send a written request to Skillz Kutz, 21020 Sycolin Road, Unit 135, Ashburn, VA 20147. Your opt-out request is not valid until receipt and written confirmation by Skillz Kutz management.
