We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise, and we will always strive to accommodate genuine emergencies or unavoidable situations. However, it is essential to maintain a respectful and mutually beneficial appointment policy.

* Cancellations: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide opportunities for other clients to book appointments.
* Late Arrivals: We respect your time, and we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In the event of a late arrival, we will make every effort to accommodate you. However, please note that the duration of your service may be adjusted to prevent inconvenience for other clients.
* Repeated Behavior: If a client exhibits repeated behavior of tardiness and/or cancellations without the transfer of another service date, our administration reserves the right to require a non-refundable prepayment to be added to the client’s account. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and consideration for both our team and other clients.
