The compensation. An hour, then upside.
Plus tips, retail and bonuses
The hour is paid whether the chair is full or empty. Your rate is set by license level and proven craft, and everything earned above it is yours to grow.
100% of your tips.
Tips remain entirely yours. Premium tickets mean the gratuity follows the craft.
Retail and bonuses.
Commission on every product you sell, plus performance bonuses once your book fills.
Advanced education. Complimentary.
Advanced cutting, texture work, beard sculpting and product mastery, taught in house. You leave a finer barber than you arrived, and the education is never billed to you.

The hours.
- Thursday to Saturday · 10am to 7pm
- Sunday · 11am to 5pm
These are the shifts we are staffing. Availability across all four days is required to be considered.

- Virginia license in good standing.
- Command of every hair texture.
- Refined clipper, shear, fade and beard work.
- A barber who elevates the room, not only the chair.
Open positions.
Licensed Barber
Hourly pay, plus tips, retail commission and bonuses. Thursday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm, and Sunday, 11am to 5pm.
Receptionist
Front desk, greeting guests, booking and retail. The position is closed at this time. Send an inquiry and we will reach out when it reopens.
