What we collect.
You can browse the site and app without giving us anything. We do keep basic, anonymous usage counts: pages viewed, whether the visit came from a phone or a computer, which booking link was tapped, and an approximate region based on the network connection. No names, no emails, no exact locations.
If you fill out a form — a residency inquiry, a contact message, or a request to join our list — we receive whatever you type into it, such as your name, email, or phone number.
How we use it.
Usage counts tell us which pages and services people actually use so we can improve the site and app. Nothing more.
Information you submit in a form is used only to reply to you about that request. If you ask to hear about openings or new services, we may email or text you, and you can stop that any time by replying or asking us to remove you.
What we never do.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not run advertising trackers or build profiles for ad targeting.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Youth appointments are arranged by a parent or guardian.
Booking and payments.
Appointments and payments happen on a third-party booking service, not on this site or app. When you tap a booking link, you leave Skillz Kutz® and continue on that service, under its own privacy policy and terms.
We never see or store your card details. Skillz Kutz® does not process payments through this website or app.
Permissions in the mobile app.
The app is a window onto this website. It does not request your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location.
If you turn on notifications, we use them only to send occasional shop updates. You can turn them off in your device settings at any time.
Your choices and contact.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email barber@skillzkutz.com or call the shop and we will take care of it.
